    It is a very exciting time for ERP Development at RMIT- with 3 staged upgrades and system implementations planned for SAP, PeopleSoft and Blackboard.

    With diverse platforms, operating systems, and a very large complex telecommunications network in place, the footprint of RMIT\'s IT Portfolio continues to expand in ensuring enhanced service delivery of over 50 tailored application systems through to 75,000 plus end users.

    Reporting through to the Development Manager, this well established managerial role, officially titled \'Team Leader, ERP Development\' has operational and strategic oversight for software  development capabilities for the Universities ERP applications. RMIT utilises SAP (Finance and HR), PeopleSoft (student administration) and Blackboard (online teaching and learning environment).

    The Team Lead role is integral in ensuring cross skilling, team synergy and communications, by overseeing all three ERP groups. This medium sized, multidisciplinary team is comprised of talented, leading and hardworking developers who mix well and all share a passion for RMIT systems enhancements.

    We don\'t expect you to be experienced in all ERP systems. It is essential your background brings substantial experience and exposure to development and system upgrades for SAP, PeopleSoft or Blackboard.

    Essential to your application is your record of people management, incorporating strong emphasis in individual professional development, coaching, mentoring and cross skilling. Able to identify and engage effectively with end customers, you are mature minded, establishing collaborative relationships to deliver technology led ERP applications and systems. Your experience demonstrates substantial knowledge and awareness of software integration, incorporating analysis, design, development, deployment and quality control in a mission critical enterprise application environment.
