This is an opportunity for an exceptional leader to join this dynamic HR team. Reporting to the Executive Director HR, you will lead a large team in the operational delivery of critical services including; Industrial Relations, Occupational Health and Safety, Reward and Recognition, Payroll and Systems. With the University€™s senior management team you will develop key HR systems and processes that ensure the effective implementation of key strategies and facilitate change. Essential to this role is the ability to develop effective relationships and networks with internal and external stakeholders allowing the University to respond effectively to the changing environment.
As an exceptional HR leader with experience managing a broad range of strategic and operational HR functions, you will have a demonstrated ability to manage change in a complex and challenging industrial environment. With highly developed consultative and influencing skills you will build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders ensuring the delivery of a client focused service.
